    I would strongly advise any one considering a purchase to turn and run as fast as you can... we purchased a 850.00 stove and 4 months later a broken stovetop .... it has been a nightmare from hell first of all no one seems to know who has the first year warranty... second they make the call on the damage as being customer fault... they do not want to pursue it with another opinion... and after a month of trying to get this resolved even willing to go half on repair...which they will not ... we discover at this point at least 2 mice have been living in this stove... we believe this happened at the warehouse and the mice came with the stove... totally not uncommon... this could have caused the breakage maybe .... but no one wants anything to do with this rodent issue .... cant get rid of us fast enough ... this is a very condensed version of the horror of dealing with this business and manufacture Electrolux behing the Kenmore brand.... we witness firsthand to our shock there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!
