  Their recommendations for maintenance are thoughtful and considerate, with these kind of machines there is always unlimited maintenance to keep them running 100%, if you had to goto the dealer every time some little thing was wrong, owning such cars would be impossible.

  Joe and Anna are the only people we can trust with our cars. They are up front and always guide you in the right direction. If something is a recall or warranty then they will advise you to contact the dealer. Quality workmanship, knowledge of imports is like no where else. They always go the extra mile to take care of the customers.

  I would never take my car here EVER AGAIN nor should you. I took my 2002 Subaru WRX there, they quoted me 610$ plus tax for a an alternator swap. I exclaimed that i wasn't sure if i could afford it right away so i decided to do it my self. They didn't even properly diagnose my car to know the real problem. It ended up costing me 40$ and only was a bad belt causing the problems. When i called to complain and ask who had diagnosed my car, i only got VERY rude and unprofessional people who know nothing about customer service telling me i should of been lucky they only charged me for a tow and not a diagnoses.. How can you charge me for a diagnoses when you didn't even diagnose the problem in the first place. The people who own the shop are something else and need to learn a few things on how to treat customers..

  I have been going to Euro Automotive for years, and have always trusted them with all repairs and maintenance of our vehicles: The e39 M5, e60 M5 and LR3 HSE are all daily drivers and on the road; under Joe's and Anna's watchful eyes. Their prices on parts are great, and with all the aftermarket junk floating around, its nice to be assured that the parts they purchase for your vehicle are either OEM or equivalent and not the lesser quality options. They repair whats broken with no surprises and the turn around time is always asap. Their quotes are accurate and any changes are always communicated.

  Been going here for several years, best service!! Always diagnosis the problem, recently purchased a used car from a Dealer. Car was making a noise which dealer said there was no issue, took it to Euro and Joe diagnosed the problem which allowed me to take it back for warranty work at the dealer. Highly recommend Euro Auto!!
